On October 26, Ms. Ngo Thuy Dan Phuong - Chairwoman of VNPT Lam Dong Trade Union - said that the 6th Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030 of the unit, had a great success.
The congress was solemnly held in Xuan Huong - Da Lat ward, Lam Dong province with 115 excellent delegates, representing more than 1,250 union members in the whole unit.
Ms. Phuong emphasized: "This is an extensive political activity among union members and workers. This Congress is a big festival, sending confidence, expectations and determination to innovate of the collective of VNPT Lam Dong staff, union members and workers accompanying the country's digital transformation".
With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", delegates discussed and comprehensively evaluated trade union activities for the 2020-2025 term and determined the goals for the 2025-2030 term.
In particular, creating breakthroughs in mechanisms, innovating thinking, creativity, taking the lead in digital transformation, taking union members and workers as the center, taking VNPT culture as the foundation, aiming for the happiness of workers and the sustainable development of the unit.
The Congress also set out many specific targets, tasks, and solutions, linking the movement and trade union activities with the rights of workers.
Notably, 100% of the trade unions in the digital environment application department in their activities; 100% of union members meet the "Digital union membership" criteria; during their term, introduce at least 60 outstanding union members to train and admit to the Party.
The Trade Union and the Board of Directors of VNPT Lam Dong continue to accompany to increase labor productivity by an average of 7.2%/year, and increase workers' income by 5% or more per year.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of VNPT Lam Dong Trade Union, term VI, 2025-2030, consisting of 13 members. Ms. Ngo Thuy Dan Phuong continues to be trusted to hold the position of Chairman of the VNPT Lam Dong Trade Union.
