On July 15, Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor said that the unit had built a second facility model to adapt and organize trade union activities in the new situation.
At the conference on the implementation of trade union work in the old Dak Nong province, chaired by Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation Phan Thanh Thai.
Mr. Thai said that after merging provinces and large areas with difficult transportation, the unit has built a second facility located at the headquarters of the Labor Federations of Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces (old), to accompany and support the facility more effectively.
At the conference, union officials in charge of Dak Nong province (old) reported on the situation of union members and union activities. Currently, this area has 139 grassroots unions with more than 6,600 union members.
Mr. Phan Thanh Thai requested that union officials in charge of the area must closely follow the grassroots, regularly connect, guide, accompany and share with grassroots unions.
According to Mr. Thai, superior officials must not only direct but also directly support to ensure smooth union activities.
Only by closely following and supporting the grassroots, can the Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union complete the 2025 targets and develop strongly in the new situation, Mr. Thai emphasized.
