Implementing the direction of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor on organizing the Commune and Ward Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the Cam Duong Ward Trade Union recently held the 3rd Executive Committee Conference (expanded), term 2025-2028.
The conference aims to implement the personnel process to serve the Ward Trade Union Congress, term 20252030 and deploy a number of key tasks in the coming time.
The conference was attended by members of the Executive Committee of the Ward Trade Union, along with Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of affiliated grassroots Trade Unions.
At the conference, delegates discussed and contributed opinions on the draft Documents of the 1st Cam Duong Ward Trade Union Congress (term 2025-2030).
At the same time, the Conference disseminated the directives and instructions of the Provincial Federation of Labor on the process of introducing personnel to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and key positions of the new term ward Trade Union.
During the discussion, delegates demonstrated a democratic, responsible, and objective spirit, ensuring compliance with the principles, processes, and standards prescribed in the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
On the basis of high consensus, the Conference conducted the steps of the personnel work plan to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee of the Ward Trade Union, term I (term 2025-2030), ensuring the structure, quantity, composition and standards according to the instructions of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation.
