In order to concretize the Resolutions of the Party and Trade Union organizations at all levels and effectively implement the 2025 Work Program, the Bao Thang Commune Trade Union has strengthened propaganda work, while improving the quality of grasping the situation at the grassroots level.
Currently, Bao Thang Commune Trade Union manages 36 grassroots trade unions with 1,673 union members in Gia Phu, Bao Thang, Phong Hai, Muong Khuong, Bac Ha, Si Ma Cai, Van Ban and Bao Yen communes.
To suit the conditions of the large area, the trade union has divided into regions to facilitate the grasp of reality, promptly record the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers as well as the production and business situation of enterprises.
On that basis, the Commune Trade Union proposed practical solutions, both to organize activities effectively and to ensure the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members.
Up to now, the Commune Trade Union has directly worked and grasped the situation at 14 enterprises. Thereby, the unit acknowledged the advantages in grassroots union activities, and at the same time pointed out difficulties, thereby coordinating with the government, counter-level experts and business owners to resolve them.
Along with promoting production, the union focuses on caring for and protecting rights, implementing emulation movements, encouraging union members to enthusiastically work in production, contributing to the completion of political tasks at the unit and locality.
In the coming time, Bao Thang Commune Trade Union will continue to develop a plan to visit and work with the remaining grassroots trade unions.
This activity will be combined with the donation of "Union Shelter" houses to union members in difficult circumstances authorized by Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, thereby affirming its role in accompanying and caring for the lives of workers, civil servants and laborers in the area.
