On the afternoon of September 16, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province held the first Advanced Typical Conference, for the period 2025-2030.
The conference aims to commend and honor outstanding collectives and individuals in the patriotic emulation movement over the past 5 years, while orienting key tasks in the new period.
The conference was attended by provincial leaders, representatives of departments, branches, unions and 220 typical advanced delegates representing all levels and fields across the province.
As one of the important socio-political organizations, Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union has implemented emulation movements in conjunction with the political tasks of the locality and unit for many years.
The movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Workers, civil servants, and laborers compete to implement office culture", along with many social security programs have contributed to improving the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
From more than 580 grassroots trade unions with more than 40,000 union members, 10 collectives and 20 outstanding individuals were selected to attend this conference.
These are collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities, the movement of workers, civil servants and laborers.
On this occasion, Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union was honored to have 3 collectives and 4 individuals commended by the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for their outstanding contributions to the work of the Front and the patriotic emulation movement.
The leaders of Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union affirmed that this is both a source of pride and a great responsibility for the trade union organization and the team of cadres, union members and workers.
In the coming time, Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity, promote the patriotic emulation movement, build a strong trade union organization, and actively contribute to the socio-economic development of the locality.
The first advanced model conference is also an opportunity for the Provincial Trade Union and socio-political organizations to look back on the past journey, draw lessons, and set specific solutions and goals for the 2025-2030 period.
