On May 12, information from the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, the unit will organize the art program "Listening to Workers Sing - Singing for Workers to Listen" on the evening of May 15, at the Provincial Labor Federation Sports and Physical Training Center.
The program is themed "Border Melody - Pride of Lao Cai Workers", part of a series of activities in response to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026; and to celebrate the success of the 11th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and towards the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.
According to the organizers, this is not just a simple art performance night but also a space to connect union members, workers with artists and mass actors in the province.
The highlight of the program is the reunion on the same stage between professional artists and non-professional actors from many agencies, units, and businesses.
Including officials, civil servants, and public employees of departments and branches such as Culture, Sports and Tourism; Education and Training; Health and employees of Apatit Lao Cai Company, Hapaco Yen Son Co., Ltd.

In addition, the program also has the participation of mass art clubs, students of Yen Bai Vocational College, high schools, and a large number of trade union officials and union members at grassroots trade unions in industrial parks and many communes and wards in the province.
Through elaborately staged performances, the program depicts the image of Lao Cai workers in the new era who are hardworking, creative, ambitious, and attached to the border region of the Fatherland.
The content of the performances focused on praising the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland and country and the Vietnam Trade Union organization; and at the same time spreading the spirit of creative labor, solidarity to build Lao Cai province to become increasingly developed.
Notably, the final part of the program will feature a sạp dance and xòe dance of great solidarity with the participation of actors and audiences, creating a cohesive and exciting atmosphere.
According to the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, the program is a practical activity to care for the spiritual life of union members and workers; thereby continuing to discover and nurture cultural and artistic core members at the grassroots level, contributing to building a healthy cultural environment among workers.
