On January 27, the Labor Federation (LDLD) of Nghe An province said that the unit had just organized a working session at Radiant Opto-Electronics Vietnam Nghe An Co., Ltd. and Wellking Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. (VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park) to grasp the production, business, life, and employment situation of workers; and at the same time mobilize businesses to establish grassroots Trade Union organizations.
At the working session, representatives of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation exchanged and listened to opinions and recommendations from businesses related to production and business activities as well as issues related to labor, wages, regimes, and policies for workers.
Leaders of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation affirmed that the Trade Union organization always accompanies businesses, supports the building of harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations; thereby contributing to caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, creating a foundation for sustainable business development.
Representatives of businesses highly appreciated the role of the Trade Union organization in connecting and supporting businesses and workers; and expressed concern and consensus with the policy of establishing grassroots Trade Union organizations in the coming time, in order to strengthen dialogue, stabilize labor relations and aim for long-term development.
