Speaking at the conference, Ms. Le Thi Huong Sen - Vice President of Nghe An Education Trade Union said that in the 2024-2025 school year, cadres and teachers have actively responded to activities implemented by the union, union members and workers are excited and believe in the results of the education sector.
The Education Trade Union continues to spend a lot of money and resources, actively caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of cadres, teachers, and workers.
Coordinate with the Department of Education and Training to effectively organize activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of cadres, teachers, workers and students in the whole industry, especially at the beginning of the new school year, Vietnamese Teachers' Day, etc.
Coordinate with Thai An Hospital and TTH Dermatology Hospital to organize free health check-ups for nearly 300 staff, teachers and workers.
Organize "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" in 2025 for staff of units in Que Phong, Quy Chau, Quy Hop, Nghia Dan, Quynh Luu districts, Thai Hoa town and Hoang Mai.
In addition, in order to honor teachers, the industry union has coordinated with the Department to organize a ceremony to honor 135 outstanding Nghe An teachers who followed Uncle Ho's words in 2025 in the entire industry on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday.
The industry trade union also coordinated with the Nghe An Department of Education and Training to effectively direct emulation movements and campaigns, especially the emulation "Innovation in management and teaching in studying", "90 days and nights determined to achieve high scores in the 2025 high school graduation exam", the program "Helping rooms, schools help schools, departments help the subject, "Supporting mothers"; the campaign "Nghe An students say no to phones in class" has been bringing many positive results, strongly spreading in the whole society.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Dang Van Hai - Chairman of Nghe An Education Trade Union thanked the union officials for their efforts to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
Informing about the Nghe An Education Trade Union stopping operations, the Chairman of the Nghe An Education Trade Union believes that with the experience and enthusiasm that have been trained, trade union officials will continue to promote their roles and responsibilities in other activities, contributing to building increasingly strong agencies and units.
At the conference, Nghe An Education Trade Union conducted emulation and reward work for the 2024-2025 school year.
