Initial information from the Hai An District government, the fire broke out at around 11:00 a.m. on June 21 at M.N karaoke bar (Ha Doan 2 Street, Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District). Immediately after receiving the report, the ward police force coordinated with the city's Fire Prevention and Fighting Police force to approach the scene and deploy fire fighting plans. Local authorities were then present at the scene to coordinate in handling the incident.
By 1,30, the fire was basically under control. However, at this time, a room on the 4th floor was locked so they could not access it. The Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Force deployed professional measures, broke down the wall to approach this room and discovered inside a victim confirmed dead.
It is known that the victim was a customer of a karaoke bar, who had been there since yesterday (June 20). Currently, the authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
