On January 12, the Nghe An Labor Federation (LDLD) said that the Do Luong Commune Trade Union had just organized a conference to summarize trade union activities in 2025, deploying orientations and tasks for 2026.
In 2025, the Do Luong Commune Trade Union has well performed its function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; actively participated in patriotic emulation movements; paid attention to visiting and encouraging union members in difficult circumstances; and coordinated well with the government in implementing political tasks in the locality.
Speaking to direct at the Conference, Comrade Tran Thi Huyen Mo, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Do Luong commune, acknowledged and praised the results that Do Luong Commune Trade Union has achieved in 2025; and at the same time requested the Executive Committee of the Commune Trade Union to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the quality of taking care of union members' lives, promote the role of the trade union in building the great national unity bloc, contributing to the successful implementation of local political tasks in 2026.
Also at the conference, authorized by the Provincial Labor Federation, the Commune Trade Union awarded certificates of merit from the Provincial Labor Federation to the trade union collective of Do Luong Forestry One Member Limited Liability Company and 7 individuals who are union members with outstanding achievements in trade union activities in 2025.
The Conference unanimously approved the direction and key tasks for 2026 with the determination to build a stronger trade union organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
