On July 21, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that in the past time, the Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union has implemented activities to collect opinions and recommendations from union members and workers to serve the Forum "Listening to union members and workers speak".
The activity is implemented at agencies, units and businesses in the area, attracting the participation of a large number of union members and workers. Through scanning QR codes and sending online opinions, many opinions and recommendations related to employment, regimes, policies, working conditions and trade union activities have been reflected by union members.
Taking opinions online is a solution to help the Trade Union organization promptly listen to and grasp the actual situation at the grassroots level. The opinions and recommendations of union members will be summarized to propose to competent agencies for consideration and resolution; and at the same time serve as a basis for the Trade Union to innovate the content and methods of operation, better meeting the needs of union members and workers.
Along with the opinion-gathering activity, Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union continues to propagate and mobilize union members and workers to respond to the "Digital Literacy" movement through the application of digital platforms, improving digital skills and accessing official information. Union members are guided to monitor and interact with official information channels of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Hoa Ward and Trade Union organization to update information promptly and accurately.
Each contribution of union members is an important basis for the Trade Union to improve its operations. Thereby, improving the quality of representation, care and protection of the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, contributing to building a Trade Union organization that is increasingly close, innovative and operates effectively.
