The Tet Sum Vay 2025 program was organized by Minh Anh Garment Joint Stock Company on a large scale, vibrantly and impressively with the participation of a large number of workers, local leaders and Trade Union organizations.
At the program, the Company honored excellent staff and workers, organized a performance competition, and gave gifts to workers.
The company awarded prizes totaling 100 million VND to excellent staff, workers, and laborers in 2024; awarded 2,600 gifts to employees, each worth 500,000 VND, with a total cost of 1.3 billion VND.
In particular, through the lucky draw program, the Company awarded 25 motorbikes (each worth 18 million VND), 20 induction cookers, 15 stainless steel pot sets, 12 rice cookers, 10 pressure cookers, 8 air fryers, 5 washing machines, 3 refrigerators, 2 televisions to employees, with a total value of 700 million VND.
To implement this program, the Company spent a total of 2 billion VND to give gifts to employees.
Also in the program, Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation presented 50 gifts and Do Luong District Labor Federation presented 30 gifts to disadvantaged workers of Minh Anh Garment Joint Stock Company.
Many employees of the Company shared the joy and excitement of being recognized, honored, given gifts, winning valuable prizes and participating in a cozy party.
In 2024, Minh Anh Garment Joint Stock Company will continue to ensure stable jobs and income, which will be increasingly improved for employees; policies will be implemented systematically, many benefits and activities to care for the spiritual life of employees will be given attention.
