On August 12, Nghe An Employment Service Center said that the unit had just coordinated with Cypress Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. to organize a job transaction session for workers who are receiving unemployment benefits.
At the transaction session, nearly 200 workers were consulted by the Nghe An Employment Service Center about unemployment insurance policies, benefits during the subsidy period and support policies on employment, vocational training, training, and skills improvement.
Representatives of Cypress Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. introduced production activities, recruitment needs, job positions, working conditions, income and welfare regimes. Workers also listened to people who have worked for many years at the enterprise share about their work and working environment.
After the counseling session, workers will visit some workshops and production lines, learn about actual work before registering and participating in recruitment interviews at businesses.
Nghe An Employment Service Center also receives monthly job search notices from people receiving unemployment benefits right at the transaction session, creating favorable conditions for workers to carry out procedures.
Organizing transaction sessions right at the enterprise helps workers directly access recruitment information, learn about the working environment and exchange with employers. Thereby, contributing to connecting labor supply and demand, supporting people who are receiving unemployment benefits to return to the labor market soon.
