On January 17, the Nghe An Labor Federation (LDLD) said that the unit had just organized a training conference on management and guidance on trade union financial settlement at commune and ward levels in 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Chi Cong - Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation emphasized the important role of trade union finance work, and at the same time requested delegates to participate in training seriously, fully absorb the content to effectively implement at the unit.
At the training class, delegates were guided on financial management and finalization in 2025; practiced accounting, used the Trade Union Finance software of communes and wards (VCS); and at the same time raised difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process and were specifically answered by lecturers.
Through the training class, the financial management capacity of grassroots trade union officials has been improved, contributing to ensuring publicity, transparency and efficiency in trade union activities.
