On April 20, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union coordinated with the Commune People's Committee to organize the launching ceremony of Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.
At the program, the Commune People's Committee presented 5 gifts, worth a total of 2.5 million VND, to workers in difficult circumstances. The activity contributed to encouraging morale. Workers were more assured to work and attached to the unit.
Businesses and grassroots trade unions in the area accompanied and donated 12 million VND to support 24 union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Thereby spreading the spirit of sharing and social responsibility in the business community.
The launching ceremony clearly shows the role of connecting and mobilizing resources of Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union. At the same time, it affirms the effectiveness of coordination between trade unions, authorities and businesses.
At the program, Thai Hoa Grassroots Social Insurance propagated and disseminated policies on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. Workers were provided with practical information. Through this, they understood their rights and obligations, and were assured to work and produce.
The activity contributes to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations. Thereby continuing to affirm the role of trade union organizations in accompanying, caring for and protecting workers.
