VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology) has just organized the 2026 "Innovation" Conference, which includes the activity of building an "idea map" which has attracted the enthusiastic participation of trade union officials.
According to the VNPT Trade Union, the "idea map" program is designed as an interactive highlight, where each delegate can directly contribute their initiatives and proposals. Just one day after initiation, a series of ideas have been formed and updated continuously, reflecting the enthusiasm, responsibility and aspiration for innovation of the trade union official team.
The ideas focus on many practical contents such as improving the effectiveness of caring for and improving the welfare of union members; strengthening the role of trade unions in coordinating with professionals to improve the quality of human resources; innovating the content and methods of organizing emulation movements in a practical and effective direction...
From the "idea map", the Organizing Committee has summarized, classified and transferred to the Judging Council for evaluation. On that basis, typical, creative and highly applicable ideas have been selected and honored at the "Fast Ideas - Strong Union" award ceremony.
VNPT Trade Union said that not only stopping at honoring, the program also contributes to forming a mechanism to encourage creativity, where each official and union member can contribute ideas, together building a trade union organization that is increasingly innovative, dynamic and associated with the development requirements of the group in the new period.
