On June 26, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just organized a Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Tianneng Group Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) at Hoang Mai II Industrial Park.
At the Congress, the Organizing Committee announced the decision to admit 245 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization and the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Tianneng Group Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) with 245 union members.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the first grassroots Trade Union, term 2026 - 2030, consisting of five members. Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich was trusted to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Phan Thi Trang - Vice President of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation - congratulated the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and union members; and at the same time requested the Executive Committee to soon stabilize the organization, promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; actively coordinate with businesses to build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, contributing to the sustainable development of enterprises.
The establishment of the grassroots trade union of Tianneng Group Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) contributes to expanding the network of trade union organizations in enterprises, gathering employees, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, and accompanying the development of enterprises in the coming time.
