At the conference, representatives of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 1618-QD/TU of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on the transfer of Mr. Thinh Duc Tien - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc - to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2023 - 2028 term.
Thus, currently, the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor is chaired by Mr. Hoang Manh Hung and 3 Vice Chairmen: Mr. Tran Kim Long, Mr. Nguyen Duc Cuong and Mr. Thinh Duc Tien.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Mr. Thinh Duc Tien - Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor - expressed his deep gratitude to the Standing Committee of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor for their attention and trust in assigning him a new assignment.
