Dong Lam Primary School currently has 17 teachers and staff. Many of them have to stay in the school's official residence. The school has a block of official residence with 4 rooms and 1 kitchen built in 2002 and is now seriously degraded.
After reporting to the local authorities and receiving the consent of the Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor and the Ha Hoa District Federation of Labor, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union surveyed and completed the procedures so that the teachers' housing area would receive financial support for repairing the housing from the Trade Union Shelter Fund of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
After 1 month of repair, the project has now been completed with 4 rooms and 1 spacious, clean kitchen.
The total investment for the repair is: 152,453,000 VND. The school, Dong Lam Primary School Union and union members living at the boarding house donated cash and labor worth 42,453,000 VND. The Provincial Federation of Labor Union's Shelter Fund supported 80,000,000 VND.
