On October 31, the Quang Trach District Labor Federation (Quang Binh Province) said that it had come to give gifts to support people, union members, and workers in flooded areas.

The Quang Trach District Labor Federation has connected the hearts of benefactors, supporting essential necessities to supply people in the flooded areas of Quang Binh with a total value of 40 million VND. Supported items include filtered water, milk, fresh banh mi, etc.

These items were directly sent by the Quang Trach District Labor Federation to flood-affected households.

Some households living far away have had goods received by local authorities to deliver to each person.
