Quang Binh - The Trade Union of Agriculture and Rural Development visited and supported union members at the aquaculture farm.

On October 30, the Trade Union of Agriculture and Rural Development (AARD) and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Quang Binh province visited and encouraged union members at an aquaculture farm that suffered heavy damage due to floods.

These are two aquaculture farms of the Aquatic Breeding Center. Due to the impact of storm No. 6, the floods have caused severe damage to the farms. Shrimp and fish ponds at Vo Ninh farm (Quang Ninh district) were completely lost. At Dai Phuong farm (Dai Trach commune, Bo Trach district), the fish ponds and parent fish suffered huge losses.

This is the source of income to pay salaries for self-supporting staff. This impact makes the lives of union members more difficult.

Visiting and understanding the current situation of the farms, the Agriculture and Rural Development Trade Union allocated 5 million VND to support union members of the 2 farms.
