On the evening of March 8, at the Provincial Labor Culture House, the Dung Quat Economic Zone Trade Union and the Provincial Industrial Parks organized the Final Round of the 1st "Fcial and Talented Female Union Members" Contest in 2025.
After the preliminary round, the Organizing Committee selected the 10 best contestants to enter the final round. The contestants showed their mettle, talent and charm through 3 main competitions, including: Greeting contest, talent contest and costume performance. In the greeting round, contestants introduced themselves, their work units and the grassroots union activities they participated in, expressing their confidence and pride in the working environment.
The talent competition is a series of singing, dancing, music performances... arranged elaborately, attractively and uniquely; honoring the traditional profession of the trade union organization, love for the homeland and country. For the costume competition, the contestants confidently showed their charming beauty through 2 performances, including: Traditional Ao Dai and evening gown.
In each competition, the contestants have carefully invested in costumes, props and content, bringing outstanding performances, leaving many impressions in the hearts of the audience. Surpassing many talented contestants, contestant Truong Thi Bich Tram (31 years old), representative of XDD Textile Company Limited, won the first prize. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, 4 consolation prizes and 2 secondary prizes.
The contest is an opportunity for female union members to exchange and learn; honor the beauty and talents of female cadres, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers in the Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks Trade Union; affirm the important role of women in all areas of life and society.
