At the program, there was a launching ceremony for Workers' Month 2025; Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025; Honoring outstanding advanced workers in 2024; Giving gifts to workers on the occasion of Workers' Month and organizing the 2025 Excellent Safety and Hygiene Competition held at Dong Mai Industrial Park, Quang Yen Town.
In 2024, the team of workers in the whole town actively competed in production labor, promoted initiatives, and improved techniques, thereby appearing many typical examples with outstanding achievements, contributing positively to the development of enterprises and the socio-economic development of the town.
On the occasion of Workers' Month 2025 and the celebration of International Labor Day 1.5, the Standing Committee of the Town Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit and Rewards to 30 outstanding advanced workers in the emulation movement in 2024.
Accompanying and sharing with workers, the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor has presented 30 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to workers in especially difficult circumstances.
The People's Committee and the Quang Yen Town Labor Federation also presented 130 gifts (each worth 500,000 VND) to workers in difficult circumstances.
Also within the framework of the program, the Town Labor Federation organized the 2025 Quang Yen Town Good Safety and Hygiene Competition with the participation of 50 contestants.
The program also included an art exchange, performances of 15 special performances staged and performed by union members and employees in the town.
