On March 10, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that Phuc Thanh Quang Binh Joint Stock Company has just coordinated with the grassroots Trade Union to organize the 2026 Employee Conference to assess production and business results in 2025 and deploy tasks for 2026.
Phuc Thanh Quang Binh Joint Stock Company was established and went into operation from July 1, 2020. Despite facing many difficulties due to market competition and economic fluctuations, the company's Board of Directors has flexibly implemented solutions to improve production and business efficiency.

At the conference, employees discussed and contributed many opinions related to working conditions, regimes, policies and solutions to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises in the coming time.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Vo Van Tien, acknowledged the efforts of businesses and grassroots trade unions in maintaining production and business activities, and caring for the lives of workers.
At the same time, he proposed that in the coming time, the company continue to closely coordinate with the trade union organization, promote grassroots democracy, and build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise.
