On June 3, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that the grassroots Trade Union of Thoi Dai Textile and Garment Co., Ltd. coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize the 2026 Employee Conference, the "Trade Union Meal" program and provide support to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
The conference took place in a democratic and open atmosphere, creating conditions for workers to directly express their thoughts, aspirations and participate in contributing opinions to build businesses. Many opinions related to working conditions, regimes, policies, occupational safety and health and the lives of workers were listened to, received and answered promptly by the Company's leaders and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union.
Through the conference, workers are promoted their right to mastery, strengthened dialogue, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
On this occasion, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union presented support to union members in difficult circumstances with a level of 500,000 VND/person, contributing to encouraging workers to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
After the conference, the Company organized the "Trade Union Meal" program for 380 union members and workers with a value of 42,000 VND/meal, double the daily meal, contributing to strengthening the connection between workers and businesses.
The activity not only shows the concern and care of businesses and trade union organizations for union members and employees, but also contributes to strengthening the connection between employees and businesses, creating motivation for employees to feel secure in working and long-term attachment to the Company.
This is a practical activity to respond to Workers' Month 2026 and celebrate the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
