On January 17, the Management Board of Nam Quang Tri Special-Use Forest said that it had just organized the Conference of civil servants and employees in 2026 in an atmosphere of democracy, solidarity and high responsibility. The conference is an important opportunity to promote the right to mastery of civil servants and employees; and comprehensively assess the implementation of democracy regulations at the grassroots level and unify directions and tasks for work in the new year.
Attending the conference were Mr. Truong Quang Trung - Director of the Management Board of Nam Quang Tri Special-Use Forest; Mr. Ho Viet Thang - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union and all officials and employees of the unit. Unit leaders acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of responsibility, consensus and positive contributions of the collective of officials and employees in 2025.
At the conference, the reports were presented fully and clearly, showing the frank, receptive and highly responsible spirit of the head as well as the unit's collective. Many enthusiastic and practical contributions were received and explained specifically by leaders, thereby creating unity and high consensus throughout the unit.
The conference also signed an emulation agreement between unit leaders and grassroots trade unions, affirming the determination to innovate and improve the efficiency of forest management, protection and development. The Resolution of the 2026 Conference of Civil Servants and Employees was voted through with high consensus, expressing the collective's belief and expectation in the leadership and administration of the unit in the coming time.
The conference closed with many positive imprints, creating strong motivation for the collective of the Management Board of Nam Quang Tri Special-Use Forest to continue to unite, strive, and successfully complete the assigned tasks, contributing to forest resource protection and sustainable development.
