On May 30, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that the grassroots Trade Union of Mien Trung Garment Development Joint Stock Company has organized many meaningful activities for union members and workers.
Prominent is the "Trade Union Meal" program with the participation of nearly 400 union members and workers. The program contributes to creating an atmosphere of solidarity, cohesion and showing the concern of the trade union organization for workers.
The Company's Trade Union Executive Committee also presented 2 gifts to workers suffering from critical illnesses, each worth 2 million VND from the support of the Party and State, contributing to encouraging workers to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
Also at the program, the grassroots Trade Union organized the admission of 40 workers into the Vietnam Trade Union organization, continuing to expand and improve the quality of union members in enterprises.
On the occasion of International Children's Day June 1st, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee presented 400 gifts to children of union members and employees, each worth 40,000 VND, with a total budget of 16 million VND. The activity shows the concern of the trade union organization for the lives of union members' families, contributing to encouraging employees to feel secure and attached to the business.
