On June 6, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company - Central Branch in coordination with Nam Trach Commune Police organized the Launching Ceremony of the model "Civilized enterprise, active workers, self-management in security and order" and propaganda on crime prevention and control, social evils in enterprises.
The model is implemented to mobilize all officials, workers, and laborers in the company to actively participate in security and order protection; build a movement for the whole people to protect national security in the new situation; improve the effectiveness of crime prevention and social evils.
Through the model, businesses aim to build a healthy, friendly, and safe working environment; contributing to ensuring security and order, improving production and business efficiency, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
At the launching ceremony, representatives of 16 production teams throughout the company signed commitments to well implement the contents of the model "Civilized enterprise, active workers, self-management in security and order", promoting the spirit of responsibility of each official, worker, and employee in maintaining security and order at the workplace.
Also at the program, officials and employees of the company were informed by Nam Trach Commune Police officers about the provisions of law on security and order; information on the security situation in the area; and at the same time propagated methods and tricks of criminals and social evils to raise awareness of vigilance, proactively prevent and fight against illegal acts.
Building a self-management model on security and order in enterprises is expected to contribute to raising awareness and responsibility of workers, creating a solid foundation for building a safe, stable and sustainable working environment.
