On February 9, the Trade Union of Ha Quang Garment Enterprise organized the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" to care for and support union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the area.
According to the Enterprise Trade Union, although there are still many difficulties in 2025, the unit still ensures stable jobs and income for officials, employees, and workers with an average level of about 8.9 million VND/person/month.
The regimes and rights of workers are fully implemented, from social insurance, health insurance to non-lawary welfare policies such as support for new workers, postpartum female workers, attendance allowances, gasoline, meal care and personal insurance.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Sinh - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Ha Quang Garment Enterprise said that "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" is an annual activity with profound humanistic meaning, showing the responsibility and companionship of the Trade Union organization with union members and workers, especially those who are still in difficult circumstances, thereby encouraging workers to feel secure in their work and stick with the business for a long time.

Mr. Vo Van Tien - Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactiveness and responsibility of the Trade Union of Ha Quang Garment Enterprise in caring for the lives of union members and workers, especially during Tet and Spring.

He believes that the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" is not only meaningful in terms of material support but also a timely spiritual encouragement, clearly showing the role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying workers.
The Vice Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation hopes that in the coming time, businesses and trade unions will continue to coordinate closely, pay more attention to jobs, income and welfare so that workers can feel secure and attached, contributing to stabilizing labor relations and developing production.


The organizing committee has provided support to 91 officials, employees, and laborers in difficult circumstances from many sources, with a total value of gifts in cash of more than 216.3 million VND and in-kind gifts of more than 15.6 million VND.


As one of the workers who received gifts, Ms. Tran Thi Xuyen, a worker at Ha Quang Garment Enterprise, shared: "The concern of the Trade Union and the business helps us feel secure in our work and have more motivation to stick with the company in the new year.
The activity not only contributes to sharing difficulties but also affirms the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for the material and spiritual life of workers during Tet and Spring.
