On March 9, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just organized a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Quang Binh Garment Co., Ltd.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish and awarded the decision to the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Quang Binh Garment Co., Ltd. The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union was launched, showing the determination to promote the role of representative, caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Quang Binh Garment Co., Ltd. is considered an important milestone, contributing to building a representative organization to protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; and at the same time strengthening the connection between workers and businesses, promoting the labor and production emulation movement, contributing to building a stable company.
On this occasion, the Company's grassroots Trade Union also organized many meaningful activities to celebrate the 116th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8th) and the 1986th anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising.
Union members and workers participated in many exciting activities such as tug-of-war, sack dancing, blindfolded duck catching, cooking competitions and arts competitions between Trade Union groups. The activities attracted a large number of union members to participate, creating a joyful and united atmosphere in the collective of officials, workers, and laborers.
The Organizing Committee awarded many prizes to collectives and individuals who achieved results in the competition contents, contributing to encouraging the spirit of union members and workers.
