Granting 283 million VND to support union members in difficult circumstances in Quang Tri

Quang Tri - The Provincial Labor Federation awarded 283 million VND to support 233 union members in difficult circumstances from the program "Gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress".

On August 15, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that from the program "Gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress", the unit has provided support to 233 union members in difficult circumstances.

The total support cost is 283 million VND. Of which, 50 union members in particularly difficult circumstances are supported with 2 million VND/person; 183 union members are supported with 1 million VND/person.

The support source aims to share part of the difficulties with union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances in life. Thereby, helping union members have more conditions to cover living expenses, overcome difficulties and feel secure in working and working.

The activity shows the concern and care of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers in difficult circumstances; and at the same time contributes to strengthening the connection between union members and the Trade Union organization.

Through the program "Gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress", the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation continues to implement activities to care for grassroots levels, promptly supporting union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

Thereby, contributing to effectively performing the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; creating motivation for union members to overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives and feel secure in their work.
