After the conference, the delegates will be the ones to directly implement the documents that have been thoroughly grasped; Based on the content of the Central documents, the plan and the directives of the Provincial Party Committee, direct the development of programs and implementation plans of trade unions at all levels associated with specific and feasible viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions; strengthen inspection, supervision, and enhance responsibility in organizing the implementation of the above documents.
