200 union members and workers in Tay Ninh receive training on traffic safety

The Tay Ninh Economic Zone Trade Union organized a training course on the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety for grassroots trade union officials and workers.

The training course attracted nearly 200 participants on April 3.

Mr. Cao Thanh Vu - a propaganda officer of the Traffic Police Department of Tay Ninh Police, focused on conveying the key contents of the new law, including: new regulations on alcohol concentration; prohibited acts when participating in traffic; regulations on speed and safe distance; rights and obligations of traffic participants; new signs and road markings...

In addition to imparting legal knowledge, the training course also creates space for students to exchange and discuss real-life traffic situations and share safe driving experiences. Many questions and concerns were answered in depth, helping students better understand the provisions of the law.

Speaking at the training session, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien, Chairwoman of the Tay Ninh Economic Zone Trade Union, emphasized the importance of raising awareness of traffic laws for workers. Ms. Lien said: "Traffic safety is not only the responsibility of each individual but also an important factor to protect the health, life and property of workers, contributing to building a stable and developing working environment. The Economic Zone Trade Union will continue to organize propaganda and legal education activities to raise awareness of traffic compliance for union members and workers".
