Recently, at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park (An Hoa Ward, Trang Bang Town), Kuo Yuen Tay Ninh Company Limited held a 2025 Workers' Conference to summarize, evaluate, and publicize the results of production and business activities, grassroots trade union activities to discuss and give opinions on issues related to rights, obligations, and working conditions at the company.
The conference was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien, member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - Chairman of the Tay Ninh Economic Zone Trade Union; Mr. Lin Wei Chien - Director of the company, Ms. Nguyen Thi Y Nu Lan Phuong - Chairman of the company's trade union and nearly 60 workers.
According to the company's report, in 2024, despite many difficulties due to market fluctuations and trade competition, the company will still maintain production and ensure jobs for workers with an average salary for direct production workers of VND 12,000,000/person/month, and many welfare and bonus regimes for workers.
On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Company, Ms. Nguyen Thi Y Nu Lan Phuong said that, under the direction of the leaders of the Trade Union of the Economic Zone, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Company has well performed the role of representing, protecting the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests, taking care of the material and spiritual life for union members and workers at the company.
Monitoring and supervising the quality of meals, implementing democratic regulations at enterprises, collective labor agreements, occupational safety and hygiene, periodic health check-ups, and occupational health check-ups for employees are focused on.
The conference also presented some discussion opinions related to the working environment, maintenance and repair of machinery, daily meal menu ... for the Board of Directors to consider and adjust.
Speaking at the Conference, the Board of Directors of the company acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of employees in the past year, and pledged to continue to accompany the trade union to build a professional and friendly working environment for sustainable development goals.
In addition to the conference, the Company's Board of Directors also organized a "Thank You to Workers", commending 19 workers who have worked at the company for 10 years to encourage and motivate workers to continue accompanying the company in the coming time.
On this occasion, the company's grassroots union presented 40 gifts (500,000 VND/gift) to workers in difficult circumstances to celebrate Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025.
