Thai Binh - The enterprise honored 390 workers who have been with the company for decades.

On June 11, at Phuc Khanh Industrial Park (Thai Binh City, Thai Binh Province), the Trade Union of Hualida Garment Company Limited coordinated with the company's leadership to organize a ceremony to honor union members and employees who have worked and contributed for over 10 years and over 15 years; and presented gifts to union members in difficult circumstances.

Hualida Garment Company Limited is a 100% foreign-owned company, specializing in the production and processing of t-shirts and jeans for export to European and American countries. Currently, the company has more than 3,500 employees with an average income of over 8 million VND/person/month.

In addition to finding orders, the company's leaders also regularly coordinate with the grassroots union to organize activities to care for union members and workers.

To recognize the contributions of workers, at the ceremony, 390 union members and employees were honored and rewarded (of which 137 union members and employees had worked and contributed for over 10 years; 253 union members and employees had worked and contributed for over 15 years). The total value of rewards for union members and employees is more than 210 million VND.

In addition, the company's trade union has presented 15 gifts to union members and employees in difficult circumstances, each worth 200,000 VND.

The honoring of employees who have been with the company for a long time and giving gifts to encourage union members and employees today clearly demonstrated the facilitation and close coordination between the company's leaders and the trade union organization in caring for employees.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Du Li PING - Deputy General Director of Hualida Garment Company Limited - expressed: "I would like to thank each of you for your contributions to the company over the past 10 years. They have accompanied, matured with the company and played an indispensable role in the positions they have taken on. The rich experience that you have accumulated over the years is an indispensable asset of the company, a guideline when solving difficulties, an effective assistant for superiors and a good guide for new employees...".

Honored at the ceremony, Ms. Phan Thi Han - a worker in the cutting department who has been with the company for more than 15 years - said: "I am very honored and honored to be presented with gifts today by the company and the union. Although the gift is not large, it has great spiritual significance for workers like us. We always feel encouraged, followed and shared by the company's leaders and union with us. I hope to be more and more attached and contribute long-term to the company until retirement age...".
