On the afternoon of June 11, in Hanoi, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) held a conference to announce the Decision on personnel work.
Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front chaired the conference.
The conference was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central Trade Unions, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central Trade Unions: Tran Thang, Ngo Van Cuong. Pursuant to Decision No. 2219/QD-MTTW-BTT dated December 28, 2023 of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on promulgating the Regulations on the organization and operation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Regulation No. 30-QD/TW dated August 19, 2021 of the Politburo on standards, conditions, tasks, powers, appointment procedures, policies, and regimes for assistant and secretary positions;
Based on the Official Dispatch of the Central Party Office on personnel work; Conclusion of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations on a number of contents of organization and personnel work and Official Dispatch of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on personnel work, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front signed a decision to receive Mr. Bui Duy Dong, Member of the Nghe An Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Do Luong District Party Committee to work at the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, appointed as Director, Secretary of Mr. Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front from 15.6.25. The term of appointment is 5 years.
Speaking at the Conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front sent Mr. Bui Duy Dong his best wishes, wishing him good health, happiness, solidarity and excellent completion of his assigned tasks in his new position.

According to Chairman Do Van Chien, to enhance the Party's leadership role in the work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations, the Politburo decided to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations, currently the Party Committee has 25 affiliated Party organizations, including a number of Party organizations at the grassroots level with a total of over 5,000 Party members.
Emphasizing the important position and role of the Party Committee and the work to be done in leadership tasks in the current period, Chairman Do Van Chien said that with the approval of the Secretariat, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front decided to accept and appoint Mr. Bui Duy Dong - a person with basic training, with a working process associated with the grassroots and holding the position of Secretary of the Do Luong District Party Committee.
Mr. Do Van Chien hopes that in his new position, Mr. Bui Duy Dong needs to promote his capacity and working experience, closely coordinate with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the advisory agencies of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, central organizations to successfully complete the assigned tasks; at the same time, he hopes that cadres, civil servants, public employees, and party members of the two agencies will closely coordinate with Mr. Bui Duy Dong and assistants and secretaries to advise on the tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the coming time.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Mr. Bui Duy Dong expressed his deep gratitude to Mr. Do Van Chien and the leaders of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee, and the Central organizations for their trust and confidence in assigning him the position of Secretary of the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee; and at the same time, he expressed his gratitude to the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee - which has trained and always paid attention, created conditions and opportunities for him to continue to contribute in the new working environment.

Expressing his joy at being assigned to be the Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Bui Duy Dong shared that this is a great honor, and at the same time, he is also aware that this is a task that requires dedication and professionalism.
Mr. Bui Duy Dong pledged to always be proactive and punctual in preparing content, synthesizing information, following the functions and tasks of the secretary, always being receptive, learning from experience, and gradually improving himself.
Mr. Bui Duy Dong expressed his wish to continue to receive the attention, close leadership and direction of Chairman Do Van Chien, the guidance, support and dedication of the staff of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
