On June 11, in Hanoi, the Party Committee of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term with the participation of 160 Party members.

The Political Report of the Party Executive Committee of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee for the 2020-2025 term clearly stated that the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030, marked a transition of the Agency's Party Committee.
During the past term, propaganda and mass mobilization work has promoted its pioneering role of "going first, paving the way, accompanying implementation, following the summary", contributing to consolidating the great solidarity and unity bloc within the Party, creating changes in the awareness and actions of Party committees at all levels, Party cadres, and the masses in the entire Party Committee, as well as consensus among the people.
Speaking at the Congress, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu noted that it is necessary to continue to affirm and firmly protect the Party's ideological foundation of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought.
Developing theoretical creativity must be consistent with Vietnam's reality; improve the effectiveness of propaganda and education on political theory, further deepen the awareness and strengthen the belief of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in socialism, the path to socialism in Vietnam.
Stating that propaganda and mass mobilization work must go before propaganda and mobilization, must go with implementation and go after the summary, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu emphasized that the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee must promote its role as the Standing Agency of the Central Steering Committee 35.
The Standing Secretariat proposed to continue to strongly and comprehensively and more substantially innovate the Party's propaganda and mass mobilization work in terms of content and methods; and be an effective and solid bridge between the Party and the People.

The Congress heard the announcement of the decision of the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of Central Party Agencies on appointing the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary, and the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
Accordingly, the Party Executive Committee of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee consists of 23 comrades; the Standing Committee consists of 7 comrades; the Inspection Committee consists of 5 comrades.
Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Lai Xuan Mon was appointed to hold the position of Party Secretary of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, term 2025 - 2030.
