On November 9, the Department of Education and Training of Thai Binh province coordinated with the Provincial Education Trade Union to organize a table tennis tournament for officials, civil servants and public employees of the education sector in 2024.
The 2024 Education Sector Table Tennis Tournament attracted more than 200 athletes who are union members, officials, teachers, and workers from 16 delegations.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thai Binh province, Head of the Organizing Committee - said that the 2024 table tennis tournament for officials, civil servants and public employees of the education sector is one of the typical activities in the series of activities of the education sector towards the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2024).
Through the tournament, the aim is to spread and encourage the sports movement in educational institutions. This is also an opportunity for union members, cadres and teachers to exchange and learn from each other, and at the same time strengthen the spirit of solidarity between educational institutions, contributing to improving the spiritual life of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the provincial education sector.
The 2024 Education Industry Table Tennis Tournament will take place on November 9 and 10 with many competitions.
