On May 21, the Tien Hai District Labor Federation (Thai Binh Province) held a conference to guide more than 200 cadres who are chairmen and accountants of affiliated grassroots trade unions (CDCS) on the management of trade union finance and assets during the phase of merging and terminating operations.
Previously, in document No. 4092/TLD- ToC dated May 18, 2025, the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor requested all provincial and centrally run city labor federations to develop a project and plan to end the operation of district-level labor federations, local industry unions (including pilot units), industrial park unions, Party trade unions, provincial authorities and trade unions of administrative agencies and public service units receiving 100% of State budget salaries. The implementation and completion time is before June 10, 2025.
Therefore, the Tien Hai District Labor Federation organized a conference to guide the grassroots unions to implement the content of the instructions of the superiors.
Also at the conference, Tien Hai District Labor Federation awarded certificates of Thai Binh Provincial Labor Federation to 46 agencies, units and enterprises meeting cultural standards for the period 2023 - 2024.
