On March 16, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Vietnam Kim Shoe Co., Ltd. had just visited, encouraged and provided financial support for repairing houses for two union members who were heavily damaged by storm No. 10 in 2025.
Previously, storm No. 10 in 2025 caused great property damage to some workers in the company. Many families had their houses collapsed, roofs blown off, and it took a lot of time and money to overcome and stabilize their lives.
In order to promptly share difficulties with union members affected by the storm, the Trade Union of Kim Viet Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. has provided funding to support house repairs for two union members.
The two cases supported are Ms. Vu Thi Trang, worker of QC warehouse department, residing in Mau Giap village, Trung Chinh commune, Thanh Hoa province; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuyet, complete worker 2, P3 department, residing in Tan Thang village, Nong Cong commune, Thanh Hoa province.
The total amount of support is 60 million VND, deducted from the Union member support fund approved by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation.
The timely support of the trade union organization helps union member families overcome difficulties, repair houses after natural disasters, soon stabilize their lives and feel secure at work.
