On December 21, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced that it had just signed a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB), aiming to bring many benefits to union members and workers in the area.
According to the coordination regulations, the two sides will provide capital support and participate as consultants in the innovation activities of enterprises with trade union organizations; coordinate the exploitation of MSB's banking services to agencies, units, and trade union levels; provide preferential products and services for trade union members; coordinate the organization and implementation of social activities and information and propaganda.
According to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, the implementation of the above cooperation program aims to promote the strengths of each party in all fields of operation, aiming to bring legal and legitimate benefits to union members.
All coordination activities are carried out on the basis of voluntariness, equality, mutual benefit, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and in accordance with the functions, tasks and powers of each party.
To effectively implement the cooperation, the two sides will appoint focal units. These units are responsible for advising the agency's leaders, coordinating inspections and guiding the implementation of the regulations; summarizing the results of task performance; coordinating the development of summary reports, evaluating the implementation of these regulations and proposing and recommending appropriate amendments and supplements. It is known that the coordination regulations are effective for 5 years from the date of signing.
