As of January 21, the Management Board of Industrial Parks (IPs) of Lam Dong province has recorded many businesses and infrastructure investors in Ham Kiem 1 IP and Ham Kiem 2 IP announcing the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonus level for workers.
This year's Tet bonus level of businesses in these two IPs is assessed as quite good. In which, many businesses expect an average bonus level of 10 million VND/person or more.
This is a relatively high Tet bonus compared to the general level of previous years, reflecting the efforts of businesses in taking care of workers' lives after a year of production and business.
At the grassroots trade union of Right Rich International Co., Ltd., the unit with the largest number of workers in the IP, the highest bonus is more than 8.6 million VND. Also a foreign-invested enterprise, Thanh Vuong Footwear Materials and Accessories Co., Ltd. has the highest Tet bonus of 25.1 million VND and NeoTek Vietnam Co., Ltd. has the highest Tet bonus of 24 million VND.
In the group of industrial park infrastructure investors, the Tet bonus level also recorded positive signals. Specifically, the infrastructure investor of Ham Kiem 1 Industrial Park has the highest bonus of 40 million VND. The highest bonus of the infrastructure investor of Ham Kiem 1 Industrial Park is also approximately equivalent to 40 million VND.
Mr. Tran Duy Thanh - Chairman of the Trade Union of Ham Kiem commune (Lam Dong province) - said that the highest bonuses are mostly foreign experts working at enterprises in Ham Kiem 1 and Ham Kiem 2 IPs. The bonus level also depends on the job position, seniority and work efficiency.
In addition to bonuses, many businesses in Ham Kiem Industrial Park also implemented additional Tet welfare policies such as giving Tet gifts to workers with a value of 500,000 - 1,000,000 VND/gift, organizing year-end parties, drawing prizes...

According to the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Lam Dong province, last year 166 businesses in industrial parks in the province participated in production and business activities. Total revenue is estimated at 30,117 billion VND, export turnover reached about 673.28 million USD and budget contribution of more than 1,200 billion VND. This result is an important basis for many businesses to maintain and increase Tet bonuses for workers.
The announcement of Tet bonus levels at Ham Kiem 1 and Ham Kiem 2 IPs not only helps workers proactively plan spending at the end of the year but also contributes to stabilizing labor relations and creating motivation for production right from the beginning of the new year.
