Proactively dialogue, resolve conflicts from the root
For many years, Mr. Nguyen Van Tron (44 years old) - Chairman of the Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. (Dao Duy Tu ward, Thanh Hoa province) has been known as a typical trade union official, always attached and side by side with workers.

Determining that this is the FDI enterprise with the largest number of workers in the province, with 53 production lines and more than 20,000 union members and workers, the problems arising in labor relations are very large, therefore, Mr. Tron and the Trade Union Executive Committee always proactively establish periodic and unscheduled dialogue mechanisms.
Not stopping at formality, dialogues are organized flexibly according to topics, focusing on practical issues such as working conditions, working hours - rest, the behavior of management officials, and policy regimes.
Thanks to that, all workers' recommendations are received, classified and put into dialogue; issues are resolved right from the grassroots level, without accumulating into hotspots. In the period 2023 - 2025, the Company's Trade Union organized 11 periodic dialogues and 8 extraordinary dialogues, thereby promptly handling most of the workers' recommendations.
Improving welfare, creating long-term commitment motivation
Not only stopping at "listening", Mr. Tron also directly participated in negotiations to bring specific benefits to workers. Many policies are adjusted in a direction that benefits workers.

Typically, in 2023, the meal allowance level was increased from 17,000 VND to 20,000 VND/person/meal; traffic support increased from 12,000 VND to 15,000 VND/person/day. By 2024, employees working for 10 years or more will receive an additional seniority bonus, creating motivation to retain long-term labor. In particular, in 2025, after many negotiations, businesses agreed to increase the lucky money at the beginning of the year from 30,000 VND to 50,000 VND/person.
Not stopping at signing, the Company's Trade Union also strengthens supervision of implementation, ensuring that rights go into practice, avoiding the situation of "paper agreements".
The efforts of Mr. Tron and the Company's Trade Union have brought clear results. More than 20,000 union members and workers at the company are guaranteed stable jobs, improved income, and a sense of long-term commitment.

Welfare policies such as hard work allowances, engagement bonuses, meal allowance support... have been raised, contributing to improving the lives of workers. On average, each worker receives millions of VND each year from these policies. Businesses also benefit when workers are stable, productivity and product quality are improved.
Thanks to proactive early prevention, for many years, there have been no illegal strikes or labor relations hotspots at enterprises. Conflicts, if any, are handled right from the grassroots level.
In parallel with that, the work of legal propaganda, training in dialogue and negotiation skills for union members and trade union officials is focused on. Thereby helping workers understand their rights, know how to protect themselves and participate effectively in the dialogue process.
With dedication, bravery and methodical working methods, Mr. Nguyen Van Tron has contributed to building a stable and progressive working environment - where workers' rights are respected and developed in harmony with business interests.
With his efforts and outstanding achievements in trade union activities, for many years, Mr. Nguyen Van Tron has been awarded certificates of merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation.
In particular, at the end of April 2026, Mr. Nguyen Van Tron was one of the 101 grassroots Trade Union Presidents selected by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour to be commended as an excellent and typical grassroots Trade Union President in collective dialogue and negotiation in the period 2023 - 2025.
