As a trade union official who grew up from production practice, for many years, Mr. Nguyen Huu Quang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. - not only firmly grasped the lives and thoughts of workers but also proactively advised and effectively organized many practical activities, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations in the enterprise.

In his position, Mr. Quang and the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union always proactively develop monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans; concretizing the guidelines and resolutions of the Party and higher-level trade unions into practical activities.

With the motto of focusing on workers, he is always closely involved in trade union activities at production workshops. Thanks to that, many arising issues are promptly grasped, handled quickly, and conflicts are limited, creating consensus in businesses.

In addition, he also actively advised on building and supplementing clauses in collective labor agreements and company regulations in a direction that benefits employees; and at the same time perfected the coordination regulations between the trade union and the board of directors, enhancing the representative role of the trade union organization.

Thanks to synchronous solutions, to date, Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. maintains a force of more than 12,800 workers with stable jobs. Welfare regimes are gradually being improved such as increased meal allowances, support for raising young children, rent, gasoline...

In particular, the company's trade union always closely coordinates with businesses in ensuring insurance regimes, improving the working environment, investing in fire prevention and fighting systems, contributing to creating safe and clean working conditions.

Innovating the movement, spreading initiatives

A clear mark in Mr. Nguyen Huu Quang's activities is the ability to innovate the method of organizing the movement, attracting a large number of workers to participate. Emulation movements such as "Good labor, creative labor", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring labor safety and hygiene", or the "Tet reunion", "Workers' Month"... are all deployed methodically, associated with the practical benefits of workers.

The male Chairman of the Company's Trade Union is also known as a person who contributed many initiatives. In 2022–2023, he had two recognized solutions, effectively applied in practice, contributing to improving the quality of trade union activities and solving specific problems of workers such as personal belongings lost.

In addition, he paid special attention to propaganda on laws, labor safety, fire and explosion prevention, traffic safety... Cultural and sports activities such as football tournaments, tug-of-war, art competitions... are also maintained, creating a healthy living environment and increasing business cohesion.

Not only is he the organizer of the movement, Mr. Nguyen Huu Quang is also a reliable bridge between workers and employers. In councils such as recruitment, salary increases, discipline, labor protection..., he always shows a sense of responsibility, protecting the legitimate rights of workers.

In the context of FDI enterprises with a lot of pressure on production and the market, the role of a trade union leader like Mr. Quang becomes even more important. Dedication, closeness and flexibility in organization and operation have helped build a stable and progressive working environment - the foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises and workers' lives.
