On the afternoon of March 4, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with the Provincial Women's Entrepreneurs Association to organize the "talented - charming female union members of Thanh Hoa" contest in 2025. This is an activity towards the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 2010 - March 8, 2025), 1,985 years of the Hai Ba Trung uprising.
Participating in the contest, female union members of 5 emulation clusters of Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor went through 4 competitions including: Greeting, talent performance, Union dance, learning about legal knowledge about female workers and the contest for elective ao dai, union identification shirt.
With careful and serious preparation and elaborate investment and creativity, the teams performed unique and impressive competitions, bearing the unique mark of each unit, attracting enthusiastic cheers from the audience.
Speaking at the contest, Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Permanent Vice President of Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor said that through the contest, the beauty and ethical standards of Vietnamese women in general and female union members in particular in the new era are honored; creating a useful playground for union officials, especially female union members, to exchange, connect, promote their intelligence, talent, dynamism, creativity, and confidence; contributing to enhancing the position of female union members as well as spreading the image of talented, charming and brave Vietnamese women.
At the contest, representatives of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Women's Entrepreneurs Association for their many contributions to the movement of female workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 4 component prizes including: The team with the most beautiful dance performance, the most impressive greeting performance, the highest score and the most beautiful costume performance.
The prizes awarded to the whole group include: 1 First prize, 1 Second prize, 1 Third prize and 2 Encouragement prizes.
