On June 27, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation announced that it had just organized a professional training conference on trade union finance and accounting for trade union officials in communes and wards.
At the conference, delegates were informed of new regulations on trade union financial work; guidelines for estimating, managing, using and finalizing trade union funds according to current regulations. At the same time, reporters answered many problems arising in the actual implementation process at the grassroots level.
One of the key contents of the conference was to exchange solutions to promote digital transformation in trade union finance work. Delegates were instructed on the application of accounting software, non-cash payments, storage of electronic documents and financial disclosure on digital platforms. These are identified as important solutions to improve management efficiency, reduce administrative procedures, increase transparency and meet the requirements of modernizing trade union activities.
Through the conference, the team of commune and ward trade union officials is updated with knowledge, improved skills and professional skills in finance and accounting work, contributing to improving the quality of management and effective use of trade union financial resources.
