On the afternoon of February 5th, the Trade Union of Kim Viet Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. (Nong Cong commune, Thanh Hoa province) solemnly organized the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" in 2026 for union members and workers.
Attending the program were Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL); Mr. Vo Manh Son - Secretary of the Party Committee of Nong Cong commune; Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice President of Thanh Hoa Provincial VGCL; representatives of leaders of departments of the Provincial VGCL, leaders of Vietnam Kim Shoe Co., Ltd. and a large number of workers and laborers at the company.
Speaking at the opening of the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Men - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Vietnam Kim Shoe Co., Ltd. said that in 2025, the work of caring for union members and workers at enterprises achieved many outstanding results, with a total amount of care up to 9.8 billion VND.
On the occasion of the 2026 Lunar New Year, the enterprise rewarded officials and employees throughout the factory with 1 basic monthly salary (average 4.5 million VND per person), with a total bonus of 54 billion VND.
In addition, the Company's Trade Union presented gifts to all union members and employees with a total amount of 2.5 billion VND. For workers in difficult circumstances, the Company's Trade Union mobilized maximum resources to care for them, with a total amount of more than 700 million VND. In which, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor supported 353 gifts to buy goods for the "Trade Union Tet Market", with a total value of more than 176 million VND.
In addition, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation supported 144 Tet gifts, with a total value of more than 187 million VND; the Company supported 20 gifts with a total amount of 20 million VND; the Company's Trade Union presented 100 gifts, each worth 500 thousand VND, with a total value of 50 million VND. In particular, the program also organized a lucky draw with 494 Tet gifts for union members and workers.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor highly appreciated the efforts and results that businesses and the Company's Trade Union have achieved in caring for union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances.

Taking care of union members and workers on the occasion of Tet and Spring with an amount of up to tens of billions of VND clearly shows the concern and responsibility of the Company's leaders and the Company's Trade Union, helping workers reduce hardship and celebrate Tet more fully” - Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung shared.
The Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor also hopes that in the coming time, the unit will continue to have more practical and effective activities, taking better care of the lives of union members and workers, contributing to helping workers feel secure in production and be attached to the business for a long time.
