Date August 6, the Provincial Trade Union (LĐLĐ) of Thừa Thiên Huế organized a conference to conclude the women's movement union members, laborers, provincial women's activities, 2019 - 2024 period and commendation of outstanding female labor union officials 2019 - 2024 period.
The activities of caring for female union members (ĐV), laborers (NLĐ), building worker families, ensuring a warm, prosperous, and happy life with models: “Health and Labor Law Club”, “Mass Wedding”, “Breast Milk Storage Room at the Workplace”, “Laborer's Day - Charity Bazaar”, “Union Member's Wish Program”, “Long Dress Without Borders” stall, “Accompanying Children to School” program... have been widely implemented and have a strong impact.
As a result, from 2019 to the present, the Provincial Trade Union has implemented 46 union member wishes for female ĐV, NLĐ with difficult circumstances, serious illnesses, under the "Union Member's Wish" program with a total of 5 million VND per person.
The affiliated trade union levels have also created conditions for 1,895 female ĐV, NLĐ to receive loan support with a total of 31.9 trillion VND from the Loan Fund. Supported the construction and repair of the Trade Union's Roof House for 162 female ĐV, NLĐ with difficult living conditions with a total value of over 2.5 trillion VND.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, Labor Month, the founding anniversary of the Vietnam Trade Union, and major holidays throughout the year, the affiliated trade union levels have organized visits, encouragement, and support for female ĐV, NLĐ with difficult circumstances, relatives of laborers who have been injured or have occupational diseases; provided emergency assistance to female ĐV, NLĐ who are poor, near-poor, have serious illnesses, engage in heavy work, and have special difficulties, supported ĐV, NLĐ affected by COVID-19, supported ĐV, NLĐ with reduced working hours, terminated labor contracts due to enterprises cutting or reducing orders from socialization sources and trade union funds for over 140,000 female ĐV, NLĐ with a total of over 5.7 trillion VND.
On this occasion, in order to encourage and inspire the spirit of dedication to the women's movement, the Provincial Trade Union of Thừa Thiên Huế commended 75 outstanding female labor union officials.
