On August 30, Area Management Working Group No. 9 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation said that Mr. Nguyen Tan Dat - Vice Chairman of the City Labor Federation attended the Union Meal program at Dat Hoa Plastic Company Limited (Ben Cat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
The "Union Meal" program was organized in conjunction with the 32nd anniversary of the company's establishment and to celebrate National Day on September 2.
The space of the program was brightly decorated in red, creating a joyful and solemn atmosphere. The company's grassroots union coordinated with the Board of Directors to organize a "Union Meal" for nearly 600 union members and workers.
In the warm atmosphere, with the desire to improve the quality of shift meals, the Company's Board of Directors has supported funding to increase the value of meals by VND21,000/meal, the grassroots Trade Union supported by VND50,000/meal. The total value of each meal is up to 95,000 VND.
The special feature of this "Union Meal" is that it is organized in the form of a buffet - applied for the first time at the company, bringing a new and unique experience to workers.
With this method, workers can freely choose their favorite dishes, both creating excitement and contributing to limiting food waste.
