Con Dao Special Zone Trade Union said that on the occasion of the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), the unit has just organized a meeting program to review the glorious tradition of the Trade Union organization, and at the same time deploy many practical activities towards union members and workers.
In the program, delegates together reviewed the 97-year journey of construction and development; thereby continuing to affirm the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation, and creativity, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
On this occasion, the Con Dao Special Zone Trade Union also announced and awarded decisions to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Con Dao Pearl Co., Ltd., admitting 35 new union members who are employees in the enterprise. Thereby contributing to expanding the network of trade union organizations in the special zone. At the same time, organized the awarding of 30 meaningful gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
Organizing practical activities to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union, Tam Thang Ward Trade Union (HCMC) has also just coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tam Thang Ward to organize the announcement and awarding of the decision to establish the Tam Thang Ward Market Trade Union; admitting 59 union members who are small traders doing business in the market. At the same time, organizing a lucky draw, awarding 20 gifts to union members from mobilized funds.
